I picked the 1st year anniversary show, to talk about because for me was very significant.

The show was very interesting and I even shared it with some friends and family. The guess was the CEO of Taleo who had a good point of views about the trends in Business in this difficult economy, and despite the fact that the show was last year the economic scenario in California and US have not had significant changes.

They talked about the impact in the manufacturing industry, how more and more companies are moving these activities to countries in development in order to lower costs and be more competitive, I linked this to understand the significant impact that this had in Mexico.

Something that I really enjoyed it was about the point of view of CEO in respect of new generations and about the culture in some European East cities like Budapest; furthermore I was very surprise about the pull of skill tech citizens of Québec; this was new for me because I picture that this talented skill people are commonly from India.

In general I love the themes that Bill Kutik covers and the guests are very interesting even for people which are not in HR field. I’m looking for ward to the Conference this year.
