I really enjoyed this article specially the part about women as a future of labor and leadership, because the experience that i have in my company is different, they are not open to telecommuting , and ther are few recognition for work, amazingly in my department that most of my tear is integrated by women with children.
Also I would like to see which will be the impact of this article in countries like Mexico that has very traditional and conservative work culture.
In addition will be very interesting to see the point of view of my international classmates about this article.

Adela, I believe that Internet is an equalizer in many ways. Internationally, there is a tremendous shift as well. Women and men solve problems in different ways and using several perspectives according to our backgrounds and cultures. Great post.
